CD opened up her first solo gallery show in NYC last weekend, at Plane Space. She is a painter of enormous talent, intellect, and humor - and her paintings, luminescent renderings of everyday scenes juxtaposed with some very high-concept art in-jokes (or vice versa), reflect that entirely.
