Urban Development, Social Networking, and Other Miscellany

As promised, a quick round-up on what's going on over at the other blog, the "serious" one. Take a look if you're interested, I've asterisked those things that are more interesting:

• A couple of posts on urban development - one focused on cities and ecological footprinting, the other spurred by the Global Cities* exhibit at the Tate Modern in London.
• Discussions of the social implications* of social networking software, and a separate discussion on the attempts of two social networking companies to break into a crowded space.
